During this timeframe, I temporarily stopped putting up my Halloween display. In 2018, I was physically exhausted after setting it up and taking it down. I just didn't have the energy anymore. That's when I made the decision to quit my display. Shortly after, I was diagnosed with cancer. That explained why I was physically drained. So I gave my whole display to my kids. The chemo pushed my cancer into remission, and my desire for a Halloween display started to grow. In 2024, I started putting one together again from scratch.
